A few important bits to know before ordering from Sweets and Treats by Ness.

Orders & Notice
All treats are freshly baked to order in small batches. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for orders, although availability may vary depending on the week.

Collection& Delivery
Collection is available from our designated Galway collection point, with your collection details confirmed in your order.

Local delivery is available for a small fee, depending on your location. Delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout where available.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because our treats are freshly made to order, we're unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once your order has entered preparation.
If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll always do our best to put things right.
